How can I get my aspergers son to do chores without fight and meltdown? always so lazy.?

I would like to know if there is help for getting my aspergers son who is 11 years old to do chores like everyone else in the house without fighting and meltdowns that become physical on his part and require assistance to bring under control. I am always taking his computer games, etc. away from him to coerce him into cooperating. It is becoming so exhausting.
